OUR PROJECT MANAGEMENT APPROACH

Globex proposes a very experienced team, which will be led by Thomas Nashixwa, a very experienced project manager, who has worked on

various projects, including the development of infrastructure for Powercom, and as an Area Manager for the NDC participated in the numerous

infrastructure projects worth millions of dollars. The team will further consist of experienced construction engineers, Foremans and Site

Agents specializing in the work at hand. Additional resources can and will be mobilized from our extensive network of associates if needed.

The overall responsibility for the projects will rest with Thomas Nashixwa, as the Project team Leader his responsibilities will include but limited to:

1. Ensuring the timely implementation of services under the contract

2. Monitoring and controlling the quality of all technical inputs and outputs

3. Liaising with the Contracting Authority and relevant stakeholders

4. Managing project work-planning and monitoring

5. Responsible for the coordination of finances

6. Responsible for Human Resource Management and ensuring the timely payment of staff

7. Preparing and submitting all invoices

8. The day to day management and direction of the project to a successful on-time conclusion

9. Quality Assurance at all stages of the project
